Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also featured in this recent photograph release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and includes a key detailing distinct sections of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the continuing congressional release.
